One thing that is very important to understand is the difference between a DLMM Pool and a DLMM Position.

Your position, or positions, are what you deposit into a pool. Your liquidity. Which is mixed along with all other Liquidity Providers in that pool.

You can create and remove positions as you like. Pools exist forever and cannot be destroyed.

Pools are non custodial and are owned by no one. You can create as many positions in a pools as you like, there is no limit.

Keep in mind that since pools can be created by anyone, it is possible for people to create scam pools. We will show you how to stay safe in later lessons.

We will not be covering pool creation in this course.
